Ash Bosamia

Been a fulltime professional photographer for well over 35 years, trained with film and learnt from some of the world's best photographers. I previously used to process and print my own films in a dark room and that is where I learnt the skill of printing and processing before moving on to setting up my own high street processing and printing lab/shop in the 90s. 

This passion and enthusiasm for getting things visually correct has allowed me to stay in the photographic industry to do what I love. My clients appreciate the extensive knowledge that I bring to complete their work. 

I have been scanning negatives for many years giving my existing customers digital images of work that we did on negatives, giving the opportunity to be shared digitally with a new generation. 

I use Fuji Film Digital Frontier equipment to ensure quality is given. I do my very best to remove surface dust from the film before scanning and each frame is manually corrected for colour and density during the scanning process. The equipment/software will also remove some surface scratches. 

Digital is just a different form of media to record the images but still capturing memories and events.
